Challenge #84 - Anything Goes

Today is an exciting day for us here at the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog but also a sad one.  Today is the last day of our current term for our design team.  Next week we will welcome a new group to bless you with their talent.  I want to thank each and every one of you for your hard, talented, dedicated work.  This term was a term of change and I thank you for being patient and always striving to provide us with your top notch work.  THANK YOU!!!

I hope this post finds you well.  We are enjoying some lovely fall weather right now which I'm overly enjoying!!!!

Challenge #82 - Photo Inspiration

Happy Monday, I really hope and pray that if you live in the northeast or anywhere that has been experiencing the crazy weather with hurricanes and flood condtions that you are safe.  I live in PA along the Susquehanna river.  We have been very blessed that our home has only received small flooding in our basement but so many of our family and friends are effected a lot worse.  I have been out of work since 12pm on Thursday and it's not looking hopeful to return before Tuesday.  Please stay safe, we are thinking about you here at the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog.

Hi, I'm Moira and live on the west coast of beautiful British Columbia Canada. I started scrapbooking in 2008, the summer after I graduated university (I'm a teacher) and a year after we adopted our boys (who are now 13 & 14). My sister and sister in law had been bugging me to start, but I knew that once I did I would be addicted and my studies would suffer. Boy was I right ......  Addiction is a mild word for what I have! I scrapbook most days and could probably open a store with all the paper/embellishments etc that I have! (No word of a lie!!)

I'm definitely more of a scrapbooker than a card maker - but do make cards for birthdays and such for my large extended family. My scrapbooking style is varied.. I like to scrapbook EVERYTHING.  I'm still working on our trip to Disneyland from 2009 and I'm currently at 150 pages.  I should mention I scrap two copies of everything, so that is really 300 pages!!

Today is the last day to submit entries for the Design Team Call. 

You have until 8pm EST on Wednesday to upload your creations. 
We have had a great time this current term with our lovely ladies and are happy that some of them are staying. Unfortunetly some will not be continuing with so that means we need to add to our team!!!

Are you wanting to try out for a DT team?
Then I think you should give us a try...here is what you will need to do!
The deadline to email me for entry information is 430pm EST on Wednesday.

Here is what will happen next:

~Melanie will send you back an email along with a sketch for you to use.

~You will then create a card or scrapbook page using the sketch and put it on your blog along with the badge below and a link back to the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog and also link your project to inlinkz so we know you have it finishe and we can take a look at it!!!

We will be excepting creations from August 10th to August 31st

The term will run from October 3rd to January 30th

We will be taking a break the weeks of November 21st and December 26th

You will be expected to make a project with specified challenges every other week (we break the group into two groups)

The perks do vary depending on who our sponsor is for the month...could be free digi images, discounts to the store, mailed packages, etc.

Challenge #80 - Sketch

Wow does the time ever fly!!! It's hard to believe we are nearing the end of August, kids are heading back to school, and temps are starting to drop. It's starting to feel more and more like fall every day.
